Gabriel's Grove HOA dues are due annually every April 1 in the amount $650 (outside gate) or $850 (inside gate) per year.

Submit an ACC Request
ACC stands for Architectural Control Committee. ACC requests are required when making changes to your property.

Report or Inquire about a Violation
Please visit your Resident Portal, to view violations in question. You may contact us using the messaging feature or email us with questions or updates.
You can report a concern for a violation using the Violation Concern Form.
You will remain anonymous to the property and issue you are reporting.

Attend an HOA Meeting
Notice for board of director's meetings will be posted on this website and emailed to the email address we have on file.
Notice for annual meetings will be sent in the mail, posted on this website, and emailed.

Get Involved
Gabriel's Grove has many opportunities to get involved in your HOA. Gabriel's Grove has a Board of Directors comprised of three elected members of the association who serve three year terms. At the annual meeting, the community elects candidates to empty board seat positions. There are also several committees in the HOA to get involved with. All board and committee members are volunteers from the community.

This committee assists will reviewing projects submitted to assess if they follow Spring Trails' Architectural Guidelines to keep the neighborhood looking great.

*In need of volunteers.
